1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, purchasing from, or otherwise interacting with Radiant Network, including its Minecraft servers, website, store, Discord server, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

By using Radiant Network, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required by applicable law.

3. Digital Products and Services

Radiant Network offers digital products and services, including but not limited to ranks, subscriptions, virtual currency, cosmetics, perks, kits, items, and other in-game benefits.

All products sold through the Radiant Network Store are digital goods delivered electronically and have no cash value. Ownership of virtual goods remains with Radiant Network at all times.

4. Delivery of Purchases

Purchased products are typically delivered automatically and immediately upon successful payment.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital delivery may begin immediately after payment is processed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information during checkout.

Radiant Network is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted solely at the discretion of Radiant Network. Once digital goods, ranks, subscriptions, virtual currency, cosmetics, perks, or other benefits have been delivered, the transaction is generally considered complete and non-refundable.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, incorrect, or otherwise requires review, you agree to contact Radiant Network Support before initiating a chargeback, dispute, payment reversal, or claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

Radiant Network will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns submitted through official support channels.

Radiant Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any account associated with a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of the payment system.

In the event of a chargeback or disputed payment, Radiant Network may immediately revoke any ranks, items, subscriptions, virtual currency, cosmetics, perks, or other digital goods associated with the disputed transaction.

Radiant Network reserves the right to provide transaction records, account activity, delivery logs, Minecraft usernames, IP addresses, login records, support communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors and financial institutions for the purpose of responding to or contesting payment disputes.

7. Gameplay Changes and Virtual Goods

Radiant Network continuously develops and maintains its services. As a result, gameplay features, ranks, perks, kits, abilities, cosmetics, virtual currency, rewards, items, and other digital benefits may be modified, rebalanced, replaced, discontinued, removed, or updated at any time without prior notice.

Purchasing a product does not guarantee that any specific feature, item, perk, rank, ability, or gameplay mechanic will remain available or unchanged indefinitely.

All virtual items, ranks, perks, subscriptions, and digital benefits remain the property of Radiant Network and are licensed for use within the network.

8. Server Rules and Enforcement

Users must comply with all server rules, community guidelines, and staff instructions while using Radiant Network services.

Radiant Network reserves the right to issue warnings, remove content, revoke purchased benefits, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users for violations of server rules or conduct deemed harmful to the community or services.

Staff decisions are final unless reviewed through an official appeal process.

9. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account, email account, and any credentials used to access Radiant Network services.

Radiant Network is not responsible for losses, damages, or unauthorized activity resulting from account sharing, compromised accounts, stolen credentials, or user negligence.

10. Service Availability

Radiant Network strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security concerns, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

Radiant Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service, account, or benefit at its discretion for violations of these Terms, server rules, fraudulent activity, abuse of services, or other conduct deemed harmful to Radiant Network.

Termination of access does not entitle a user to a refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Network, its owners, administrators, staff members, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of its services.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or relating to Radiant Network, its services, website, store, Discord server, or purchases shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States, as permitted by applicable law.

By using Radiant Network, you agree that any such disputes shall be subject to applicable United States law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Radiant Network reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of Radiant Network services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
